On the product page blew product description you will find the Warranty field which indicate the type of warranty available for this product "Local or International".
Local warranty means that the product has 11 months warranty.
International means that this product has international warranty, unfortunately international warranty isn't valid in Egypt.
How do I activate my warranty?
If you contact us within 14 days after receipt of the product, the product may be returnable without warranty. You can read the retun policy for detailed information.
If more than 14 days have elapsed from the date of receipt, the product warranty can be used as follows:
Contact the brand service center or choose contact us to send you a contact number.
If the period exceeds 14 days from the date of delivery and the product does not contain a warranty, We will not be responsible for the cost of repairing the product.

Where are the service centers located?
All factory details or (service center) are listed in the warranty card supplied with the product.
If there is no warranty card, please check the product manual or packaging for further details.

If the product is in warranty period, do I need to pay the repair cost of the product?
If the product in the warranty period shows an industry defect, there is no need to worry where these costs are covered.
If the product is out of warranty, do I need to pay the repair cost of the product?
If the product is out of warranty, the customer is responsible for the repair costs.
