Delivery

We thank you for reading the instructions on this page. To find out all the details of the delivery dates, please see the following:

1. The delivery time starts from the day the order is made until the day we try to deliver the order to you.
2. Delivery time in Cairo and Giza shall be within 48 hours, while the rest of the governorates shall be within 2 - 5 working days.

Working days are from Sunday to Thursday, and do not include weekly or public holidays. For example, if a request is made on Sunday in Cairo, it will arrive between Tuesday and next Sunday. If a request is made on Thursday, it will arrive between Monday and Thursday next week.
